Matthieu André is appointed CEO of Architas Holding

AXA announces the appointment of Matthieu André, currently Deputy CEO and Chief Strategic Development Officer of AXA Europe, as CEO of Architas Holding. In his new role, he will report to Alban de Mailly Nesle, Chief Risk and Investment Officer and a Member of the AXA Group Management Committee.
Matthieu André replaces Hans Georgeson who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the Group.
This appointment will be effective March 1, 2020, and subject to any required regulatory approval.

I would like to thank Hans for his significant contribution to the growth of Architas over the last decade. Under his leadership, Architas has become a leading multi-manager, with an active presence in Europe and Asia. I am very pleased to see Matthieu embracing this new challenge.
