Being a woman shouldn’t be a risk

All around the world, women are disproportionately impacted by risks. Either because they are under-protected or over-exposed to risks. We have a responsibility to do more.

AXA ‘Safe Spaces’: A free online training to help employers and individuals to create safe and supportive workplaces for employees impacted by domestic and sexual violence.

Domestic and sexual violence can affect anyone, with women being disproportionately impacted. According to UN Women, 1 in 3 women globally will experience violence in their lifetime. While this violence often occurs outside the workplace, the workplace can serve as one of the few environments where those experiencing violence and abuse can feel safe and supported.

That is why AXA ‘Safe Spaces’ offers free training in 11 different languages to help organizations:

  • Recognize the signs.
  • Respond with empathy.
  • Refer those affected to appropriate support.
