This conviction of Claude Bébéar, founder of AXA, lies at the heart of the Claude Bébéar Grand Prize, dedicated to young people.
A pioneer in corporate civic engagement and a passionate advocate for equal opportunities, he notably created the Institute of Humanitarian Sponsorship, which became "Les entreprises pour la Cité", the anonymized CV, the Diversity Charter, and AXA Hearts in Action to promote the solidarity engagement of employees.
The Claude Bébéar Grand Prize carries forward this legacy by supporting associations that develop concrete and innovative solutions in France for young people in the following areas:
- Civic engagement
- Equal opportunities
The Claude Bébéar Grand Prize will honor two categories:
- The “Catégorie Audace”, endowed with 100,000 euros over two years, aims to accelerate an innovative initiative with high potential,
- The “Catégorie Conquête”, endowed with 200,000 euros over two years, aims to amplify the deployment of the winner.
Three associations are nominated in each category. From October 12 to November 8, employees, agents, partners, and the public are invited to vote on Claude Bébéar Grand Prize - First Edition to select the two winners, whose announcement will take place on December 4.
