Biography:

Ulrike Decoene is AXA Group Head of Communication, Brand and Sustainability since March 2019. Previously, she was Chief of Staff to the Group CEO.

Ulrike joined AXA in 2007, and has held several leadership roles in Corporate Communications, Corporate Responsibility and Philanthropy in several business units of the Group (AXA Investment Managers, AXA Mediterranean and Latin American Region, AXA Research Fund).

Before joining AXA, Ulrike worked for different offices of the French government.

Formation:

Ulrike Decoene is a graduate from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the University of Sorbonne Paris IV, with teaching experience at Yale University & Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
