Regular surveys give employees a direct channel to share their experiences and ideas, helping us pinpoint what we are doing well and where we could do better. In November 2024, 84,118 employees took part. Among those respondents, 85% of employees said they would recommend AXA as a great place to work.

We also have a dedicated Inclusion survey that helps us measure our employees’ feelings about Inclusion & Diversity. It shows us how employee experience can differ depending on a person’s characteristics. And gives us a sense of what’s working as well as what’s not.

It also helps us monitor the diversity of our workforce and assess whether:

• we are representative of our customer base
• there are patterns that suggest certain groups are being blocked from opportunity.
