Firmian

Matthieu Firmian joined AXA in 2022 as an ESG analyst within the RI Research team. His role involves engaging with companies and writing research notes on social matters. The topics covered include human rights, just transition, and human capital management.

Prior to this, he was a product engineer at Aviva Investors, responsible for launching new funds and modifying the product range with an ESG perspective. He has previously worked at AXA IM, where from 2019 to 2020, he was an ESG analyst focusing on voting at general meetings as a V.I.E based in London.

He began his career with two internships: one at CPR AM as a product specialist and another at KPMG as an auditor in the Sustainability department.

He holds a degree from the PGE program at Kedge BS and has obtained the Human Rights Officer certification from ESCP.
