Senior Sovereign EM Credit Analyst
Claire Dissaux joined AXA in December 2021 as Senior sovereign Emerging Market credit analyst.
She began her career in 1995, working as Emerging Market Economist for the Ministry of Finance in Paris, prior being appointed in 1997 as Country Risk Economist for Asia at Société Générale. She moved to Crédit Agricole Indosuez (later Calyon) initially as Emerging Market Economist in 1998, then as Head of Emerging Market Strategy in 2001, when she was responsible for formulating currency, local and external debt recommendations, and the bank’s economic and financial forecasts for emerging market economies.
In 2007, she joined Millennium Global, an asset manager specialised in active currency management and based in London, where she was Head of Global Economics & Strategy for 14 years.
She graduated from ENSAE. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Paris VI Pierre and Marie Curie University and a DEA in Macroeconomics, Modelling and Short-term Forecasting from Paris School of Economics.
