Take an active role in your health

In September, AXA’s individual shareholder relations team, along with AXA Prévention, resumed its cycle of shareholder dedicated conferences with a session on health and wellbeing led by Dr Frédéric Saldmann, a cardiologist and nutritionist.

“Medicine is not the only way to take control of your health”, explained Dr Frédéric Saldmann. During the conference, he shared a number of simple and natural recommendations to ensure your wellness and live better and longer. The attendees were able to dialog and exchange about a range of topics, from nutrition to physical activity, sleep and stress.
