From June 16 to June 20, AXA entities around the world came together to celebrate the 15th edition of the AXA Week for Good, a global week of action that unites employees around volunteering activities. This year holds particular significance as we mark 40 years of engagement at AXA, showcasing our long-standing commitment to contribute positively to society and the environment.
Each year, all AXA Group employees are invited to volunteer their time, skills and expertise to support their local communities. In 2025, the AXA Week for Good mobilized over 20,000 employees in more than 30 countries around causes aligned with climate & biodiversity protection and social inclusion. The AXA Week for Good also marks an important step to reach our goal of 50% of AXA employees participating in at least one volunteering activity by 2026.
All entities shared a common moment to launch the week, with a global conference on the benefits of engagement with an opening keynote from AXA Chairman of the Board and President of AXA Atout Coeur, Antoine Gosset-Grainville and followed by a discussion between experts from different sphere of engagement (NGOs, social entrepreneurship and the private sector).
Then throughout the week, in partnership with local organizations and NGOs, employees took part in a wide range of initiatives: from planting trees in Hong Kong and Egypt, cleaning riverbanks in Belgium, bringing a mobile health truck to rural communities in Morocco to playing a football game with refugees in Luxembourg and crafting superheroes capes for hospitalized children in Spain.
2025 marks a major milestone, the 40th anniversary of our Group, celebrating four decades of commitment to acting on key global challenges and fostering positive change in society. From the beginning of AXA Atout Coeur by our founder Claude Bébéar in 1991 to our strategic plan Unlock the future that highlights our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, AXA has consistently demonstrated its dedication to making a positive impact in the countries we operate in.
