Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet started her career at the AXA GIE (1998–2001) as an M&A project manager. She subsequently held senior management positions at Groupama (2002–2014), then within the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group (2015–2022), while also serving as a member of the Air France-KLM Supervisory Board.
Her career also spans the public sector. She served as an adviser to the French Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs (2014–2015), focusing on economic attractiveness and international investment. She was elected as a Member of the French National Assembly in 2022 before being appointed Minister for Labour and Employment (2024–2025). Tasked by the Prime Minister with a mission on economic attractiveness, she left her parliamentary role in August 2026.
Actively involved in the non-profit sector, she served on a voluntary basis as Chair of the mentoring association Proxité (2016–2019) and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Forces Femmes.
Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, HEC and Harvard.
