Rooting diversity in inclusion
Not only are societies fractured by economic and social inequality; they are also marked by deep ideological and cultural divides. This multidimensional fragmentation erodes trust and puts democracies under pressure.

Safe Spaces is the culmination of all our actions
The workplace can be one of the few places where victims of domestic abuse can feel safe and supported.
In 2025, AXA stood out for its thought leadership in launching the Safe Spaces training program. Developed in partnership with the NO MORE Foundation, it aims to raise awareness in society of the importance of providing a safe and supportive work environment for victims of domestic violence. This is the result of AXA’s ongoing commitment to society through philanthropic and research support.
The figures are stark. Every year, one in two children worldwide is a victim of physical, psychological, or sexual violence. In France, 160,000 children are victims of sexual violence each year. Every individual ordeal has profound consequences. Violence against children perpetuates deep-seated and enduring mechanisms of exclusion and inequality, undermining educational trajectories, physical and mental health, and career success. Collectively, these individual impacts undermine social cohesion.
AXA is continuing to deploy its inclusive insurance policy through the partnership signed in February 2025 with the national post service Correos. This policy is aimed at the most vulnerable people, who do not necessarily have sufficient financial resources for insurance cover.
