AXA Singapore launched MyAXAHealth, an online health portal that provides customers with easy access to medical advice from certified Singapore based General Practitioners (GP) via live chat or face-to-face
video call.

Once logged onto the MyAXAHealth portal with their account details, AXA customers can search or locate nearby medical clinics, hospitals or doctors, access to their personal health policy coverage benefits and AXA medical cards, as well as track their insurance claims details. Thanks to the embedded MyDoc mobile app, customers can also request for a live consultation with a doctor.

The AXA Assistance Medical Desk connects customers with a doctor based on their preferred chat option: messages or video calls. From there, users can have a diagnosis and medical advices and in case a specialist referral is required, the AXA Assistance Medical Desk can arrange an appointment within the AXA Specialist Panel.
