The Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Buberl is Chief Executive Officer,appointed by the Board of Directors in September 2016.

The Chief Executive Officer is vested with the broadest powers to act in all circumstances on behalf of the Company and to represent the Company in its relationships with third parties. He exercises these powers within the scope of the Company's corporate purpose and subject to the powers expressly assigned by law to the Shareholders' Meetings and the Board of Directors.

The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board on a regular basis on the Company’s financial condition and all key issues.

The Management Committee

The Chief Executive Officer is supported by a Management  Committee to assist him in steering the operational management of the Group.

The Management Committee meets regularly to notably discuss the Group’s strategic, financial, operational and sustainability matters.

 The Management Committee has no formal decision-making power

The Partners group

The Chief Executive Officer and the Management Committee are assisted by the Partners Group in the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives and in contributing to an ongoing  strategic dialogue across the Group.

The Partners Group meets at least twice a year and has no formal decision-making power.

It is composed of the members of the Management Committee as well as approximately thirty other Group executives.
