On August 22, 2014, AXA announced the launch of its 2014 employee share offering ("SharePlan 2014"), a capital increase reserved for employees worldwide.
Over 21,000 employees in 36 countries, representing approximately 19% of eligible employees, subscribed to SharePlan 2014.
