Software Engineering Summit #3: Jump in AXA's developer and data scientist’s community!
Last month AXA organized the third edition of the Software Engineering Summit in Madrid. The summit gathered more than 250 software engineers and data scientists from AXA across the world to share ideas and practices in order to better anticipate and serve AXA's business needs.

For three days, participants had the opportunity to attend conferences led by international experts and participate in practical workshops. The Software Engineering Summit was the occasion for them to meet their peers from over 21 countries and learn about industry trends in a collaborative and productive spirit. At the end, each participant left with the feeling of being part of the same community and with ideas to implement to improve business.
