AXA announced today that it had completed the sale of both its non-life entity (AXA Insurance*) and life entity (AXA Insurance Life) in Ukraine to Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited**
* AXA Insurance in Ukraine is a joint venture between AXA (50% shareholding) and Ukrsibbank.
