Thanks to the embedded MyDoc mobile app, customers can also request for a live consultation with a doctor.

The AXA Assistance Medical Desk connects customers with a doctor based on their preferred chat option: messages or video calls. From there, users can have a diagnosis and medical advices and in case a specialist referral is required, the AXA Assistance Medical Desk can arrange an appointment within the AXA Specialist Panel.
Our panel of experienced doctors can make an initial examination of the users and guide them on the next steps to take. Customers can skip the queues at hospitals and clinics, and get access to a trusted healthcare professional anytime and anywhere, right on their personal mobile devices.
Customers can also pick up their prescriptions directly at the nearest pharmacy.
