Go to Planetshares, the online platform to manage registered shares, through this link : https://planetshares.bnpparibas.com/login.

Log in using the ID number on the upper right-hand side on the voting form enclosed in your Notice of Meeting. You’ll be able to request your password by letter or e-mail (if you have communicated your e-mail address).

Use the ID number and the password you received to access Planetshares. Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen to vote online through the VOTACCESS platform.

The secured website VOTACCESS dedicated to the vote prior to the Shareholders’ Meeting will be opened as of Monday June 8, 2020 as from 12:00 am, Paris time, France. The possibility to vote via the Internet will end the day before the Meeting, i.e. on Monday June 29, 2020, at 3:00 pm, Paris time, France.

Voting by mail or giving your proxy to the Chairman of the Shareholders’ Meeting through the paper form

Please have the paper voting form enclosed in your Notice of Meting.

Complete the voting form following the instructions of the “I vote by post” or the “I hereby give my proxy to the Chairman of the Shareholders’ Meeting” box.

You must return the voting form, duly completed and signed in the enclosed postage-paid envelope or by regular mail, to the centralizing institution mandated by AXA:

Shareholders may obtain the voting form by sending a letter to BNP Paribas Securities Services – C.T.O. Assemblées – 9 rue du Débarcadère – Les Grands Moulins de Pantin – 93761 Pantin Cedex – France. In order to be valid, these requests must be received at the above address no later than six days prior to the Meeting, i.e. no later than Wednesday June 24, 2020. In order to be valid, the form, duly filled out and signed, must be received by BNP Paribas Securities Services no later than Saturday June 27, 2020.

You can ask written questions before the Meeting. These questions can be sent by email until the fourth business day prior to the Shareholders’ Meeting, i.e. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, to the following address: axa.ag2020@axa.com. 

These written questions must be accompanied by a certificate of registration of the shares in the registered share securities accounts of the Company or in the securities accounts of your custodian as provided for in Article L.211-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).
