How to ask a question

I wish to ask a written question to the Board of Directors

You may ask a written question, to be answered by the Board of Directors.

These written questions must be sent to the head office (postal address: AXA, 25 avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris, France) by registered letter with return receipt requested addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors; or by electronic telecommunication to the following address: axa.ag2023@axa.com, no later than the fourth business day preceding the date of the Shareholders' Meeting (i.e., Friday, April 22, 2023 at midnight, Paris time). These written questions must be accompanied by a certificate of registration of the shares in the registered share securities accounts of AXA or in the securities accounts of your custodian as provided for in Article L.211-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).

In accordance with applicable laws, a joint reply may be given to these questions if they have the same content. The answer to a written question will be deemed to have been given as soon as it appears on the Company's website in a section dedicated to questions and answers.
