Provides service in an inbound call center to Retirement Plan participants and advisors for 401(k) and Association lines of business. Responds to inquiries regarding IRS regulations about retirement plans, account balances, distribution processing for plan participants, loan balances, loan options and loan interest rates. Explains the various fees and withholding options. Assists callers with online account access and resetting of PINS. Analyzes, researches and resolves problems. ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals coursework preferred.
College graduate (Associates Degree) or 2-4 years equivalent work experience in customer service.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload and complete assigned work within established service levels
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Access
•ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals required within 6 months
