AXA firmly believes in participative innovation, and this is exactly what Start-in is all about. In the video below, discover the positive energy of our internal innovation program and the AXA employees who participated in it.

For five months, Start-in participants were coached by business angels, start-up founders, and AXA experts. And at the end of this process, four prototypes and the teams who built them were presented to AXA's top management. An award ceremony was held, featuring guests from start-ups and innovative companies.

Innovation has never been so important, because the world is changing faster and faster. The way we do our business will have radically changed in ten years - and it has already started. So we need to change faster than the others - and Start-in helps. And we will be able to transform innovation into business success only if we put all our energy in it.

Are You OK?, an application to reassure seniors and their families, will be brought to market in September in Japan, just one year after its ideator posted the idea on the Start-in platform in 2014. At AXA, innovation is much more than a buzzword: it's a reality serving both the business and our customer centricity.
