Learning and networking
Graduates participated in a speed networking session including more than 50 managers from 15 different professional families and business lines. They also chatted informally with the Group's leaders, to benefit from their experience and advice.
During these discussions with top management, the graduates were able to learn about the diversity of jobs at AXA, to better understand the various career paths that are available and to reflect about their future.
Looking ahead to meet tomorrow's challenges
On Foresight Day, graduates help build the future of AXA. As a global company, it is important for AXA to understand the needs and expectations of younger generations from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our Foresight Team worked with the new graduates, inviting them to share what they think AXA should change to meet tomorrow's challenges.
Foresight Day at the GGC is always a nice surprise for me. We discover young people who have a lot of energy and bring new ideas to our company. This year, I was astonished by the ability of our graduates to think'transversally' about today and tomorrow's issues such as climate, health and data. They dare to challenge established beliefs and are determined to break down silos!
