On November 4, AXA France launched « Assurance citoyenne » in order to foster responsible insurance offers. So far, twenty five offers are compliant with the requirements of this programme, which will be extended to new offers starting 2016.
This programme is assessing AXA's insurance products around four pillars: Trust, Prevention, Environment and Solidarity, which have been defined with the help of an environmental NGO, a consumers' association, several corporates and CSR rating agencies. AXA France also asked to an external stakeholders panel to identify priorities.
« Assurance citoyenne » integrates retail, professional and corporate insurance offers and provides customers with a consumer-friendly policy, a cover for new risks, environmental commitments, solidarity products, and more to come. In addition, customers and public can also contribute to the creation of new products and services and improvement of the four pillars thanks to a website.
