What kind of leader are you?

A British researcher in psychology supported by the AXA Research Fund has developed a method to analyse how people learn and grow from their social interactions. Find out how your personality influences the way you work, learn and lead.

Jennifer Cook's behavioural research reveals two types of leaders: aggressively dominant personality types, who tend to rely on their personal experience to lead others, and socially dominant people, who rely more on interaction and learn from their experiences with others.

Using fun exercises and imaging technology, she puts Greg Foot to the test and manages to determine what category he belongs to. How about you? What kind of leader are you?

In addition to its value for workplace management and decision-making, the results of this research can be put to use in traditional classrooms and even to help treat people who have autism.
