AXA partners with Nestlé and a group of other premier European companies in the "Alliance for Youth", a private sector initiative designed to address youth unemployment in Europe.

AXA committed to provide at least 20,000 youth with professional experience over the next five years in Europe.

From 2014 to 2018, AXA will help youth:

  • Gain professional experience at AXA
  • Get ready for the working world
  • Benefit from a solid network of companies and organizations with the same goal

Employability of youth and getting ready for the working world is one of the most important parts of our commitment in the Alliance for Youth. We have established strong relationships with our partner companies, and have organized numerous events both jointly and separately with local youth in different parts of Europe.

During the AXA Corporate Responsibility Week 2015, the GIE AXA (AXA's headquarters) gathered seventy young people of different backgrounds, and together with AXA employees and AXA Hearts in Action volunteers they shared a day of coaching and resume and interview workshops to help them get better acquainted with AXA and the world of work.
