Launched in 2012, Mix'iN is a gender balance network grouping together eight AXA companies* in France and sponsored by Denis Duverne, Diversity & Inclusion Executive Sponsor and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AXA. It aims at providing its 900 members - both men and women - with networking, exchange and sharing opportunities around the topic of gender diversity.

On March 13th, 2015, 160 Mix'iN members gathered around a book signing of Nathalie Loiseau's autobiography, Choisissez TOUT**, at the AXA head office. An opportunity for the director of the prestigious French National School of Administration (ENA) to answer the numerous questions of the audience around various topics dealing with diversity, curiosity, careers in the private or the public sector, inclusion, risk-taking and the issue of quotas.

Is gender balance just a women's issue? What about the idea of "share of potential"? How can an Employee Resource Group network contribute to employee development? Is it important to have role models in the company? Nathalie Loiseau is covering all these topics in the video interview she gave at the end of the meeting.
