I joined the AXA Group while I was living in Japan. This was my first internal HR experience (in Talent Management and as HRBP) and after several years, I was offered the opportunity to move to France to integrate a development program in Human Resources. For about two years, I experienced several HR functions (like Training, HRBP and HR Projects) in different environments. This was exactly what I needed to leverage my HR skills. Now I work in Group HR in AXA headquarters as Global HRBP for IT and Operations. My mission: help my HR colleagues in the world to understand global strategy of IT and Operations and translate it into HR local actions and initiatives which will help us to reach our business objectives. In a word, help HR to become a valuable partner for business.
