The Claims teams are there to support our customers at all stages of their lifecycles. They are the cornerstone of our customers' satisfaction. Their aim is to guarantee a positive experience for our clients when it comes to claims coverage, disputes and assessment.
On the team, you will be responsible for:
- claims processing and quality management
- dispute management, settlement negotiation, fraud investigation
- working with sales and distribution teams to ensure that the client experience is consistent and positive
- strengthening and developing the partners network to ensure a high level of service quality.

My job gives me the chance to innovate using new processes and new technologies, making the company more agile and more efficient. For example, we developed mobile solutions that allow customers to assess their loss online, based on photos uploaded to the Internet.
