Responsible for maintaining AXA's software systems, creating new systems and utilities, integrating with third party systems, and providing proper reporting from all current software systems (in-house and external). Specific duties includes: developing and implementing software system testing procedures, programming, documentation and projects using C#, SQL Server, Reporting (SSRS, Business Objects), Web Services; analyzing software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; managing and maintaining Data Warehouse, Cubes and Data Mining using SSIS, SSAS and Business Intelligence; troubleshooting and resolving issues related to internal applications and their integration with the Claims and Accounting systems; providing SSRS reports, Business Objects reports, and Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse reporting solutions; consulting with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system; and consulting with customers concerning maintenance of software systems and reports.
Special Skill Sets Required - Must have the following skill sets:
(1) Five years experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and/or implementing software applications using the .Net platform including C# .Net and ASP .Net;
(2) Five years experience supporting the application reports and database using MS SQL Server (SSMS);
(3) Three years experience supporting external and internal application database using Web Services;
(5) One year experience performing Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.
