The Lead Manager, Financial Analysis plays a key role supporting several areas:  Finance, Human Resources, Legal and real estate from an Expense Control standpoint. This position is responsible for performing key financial analysis and providing financial expertise to executive leaders and finance business partners related to expenses. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the creation/submission/review of expense budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for business areas supported.  
  • Performs ongoing/relevant and timely analysis of actuals vs. targets and participates in and analyzes results of industry benchmarking studies (as applicable).
  • Provides executive management with financial insights pertaining to expense plans and serves as a key business partner to the business areas supported.

Internal Title: Lead Manager

  • 8 years+ of work experience in finance or accounting, at least 5 in expense management
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with SAP a significant plus
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and anlysis
  • Thorough understanding of expense drivers and related key performace indicators (KPI's)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills with an ability to present information to upper level management
  • Solid interpersonal/relationship management skills with the ability to focus on the needs of numerous stakeholders of processes managed
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
  • Ability to review junior staff and provide clear feedback
