Provide full range of administrative support to principals. Candidate will respond to routine inquiries, maintain principals' calendars, make travel arrangements, and must be able to prioritize and organize flow of work. Specific duties include the preparation of legal documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, organization of critical document sets, and a willingness and ability to take on increasingly substantive work. Provide matter specific support to experienced litigators.

Ten years of related experience, preferably in a corporate legal setting or law firm, with litigation experience a major plus; excellent organizational, communication and people skills, ability to meet deadlines, to work with a variety of support and executive level personnel, ability to work under pressure and exercise discretion and understand the need for confidentiality. Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
