Under limited supervision, the incumbent will participate in the design, maintenance, analysis, and implementation of processes around Financial Professional compensation and recognition programs.  This role will include interacting with key counterparts in the areas of Legal/Compliance, Finance, Technology, Accounting, HR and various product design and administrative teams.


  • General knowledge of commission structures and practices required. 
  • Familiarity with Wealth Management Field Organization principles and practices, including field operations structure and business objectives, a plus.
  • Strong math/statistical, verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • 5-8 years experience. 
  • Bachelors degree.
