Responsible for being a liaison with AXA Advisors to support succession planning activities and navigate AXA’s policies and procedures. This role will provide administrative support to head of operations and work with all branches to educate AXA Advisors. The lead associate will require some travel to branches and AXA Advisor meetings. Requires monitoring and reporting on activities to Field Operations and National Associates Forum (NAF). Support overseeing manager with Joint Practice Agreements.   • Able to research AXA Advisor inquiries. Solid communication and administrative skills, able to liaison with across the organization.
  • Ability to work with branch operation managers and AXA Advisors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across organization and specifically with Field Operations and Human Resources.
  • Research and data gathering ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives supporting AXA Advisors.

  • Bachelors and 2+ years of experience
