Responsible for creating policy & procedures, managing complex issues independently for all branches. Responsible for leading the team of people supporting the needs of the Branch Operations Managers (BOMs) and the Branch Managers (BrMs) in the Field in the areas of Branch Operations/Infrastructure, Finance & Administration, and Organizational Management. Champions ease of doing business by leveraging technology, facilitating opportunities for best practice sharing, streamlining processes and reporting, and resolving issues that deter growth and profitability.
