This position is responsible for contribution processing, which includes the data entry of transactions into the Collection and Reconciliation System (CARS), and comparing customer and third party checks to source documents for completeness and accuracy, as well as special handling sensitive plans. The individual in this position may also be responsible for contributions made by other methods, such as systematic transactions, ACH debits, wires, and internet. Also included in these processes are various reconciliations, electronic file formatting/processing, local check deposits and monitoring, review of suspense items and error reports. With experience, this position also includes performing research and analysis, adjustments and initiating refunds. The individual in this position will have daily telephone and written communication with individuals at all levels, including clients and their advisors, AXA Financial Professionals, external vendors and internal clients.
