As part of the regional pricing team dedicated to US entities and working in Chicago, you will be in charge of gathering the appropriate information, challenge it and determine the most accurate cost structure as well as the underwriting options available to management.
You will be helping the Regional CFO to validate / escalate for validation the pricing with the proper and necessary information needed.   

Other responsibilities include:
Assisting, using historical data, insight from various department and market benchmark, by providing analysis and drive implementation of changes to existing pricing models as well as the development of enhancements to improve predictive accuracy.
Performing deep dive reviews that require analysis of trends, factors, and other data-related issues to answer specific business questions.
Analyzing and proposing changes to existing rating plans and products.
Analyzing impacts and benefits of new products.

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor or advanced degree in insurance, actuarial science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, risk management, economics, business administration or related analytics-oriented discipline.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills with high proficiency in managing and manipulating data in Excel and Access.
Programming experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to project results, deal with ambiguity, solve problems, make decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and identify root causes.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
