'- This position is responsible for planning and executing multiple initiatives using the Agile development processes and Scrum management methodology and other project management techniques to address backlogs, and implement new program elements and features.
- The ideal candidate will meet with Product Owners and other project stakeholders to identify and clarify needs and to report on progress and impediments.
- Organize, lead and motivate multiple sub-ordinate Agile teams, clarifying objectives and removing obstacles from their ability to achieve expected results.  Supports Scrum masters in their communications and process activities to ensure that projects are on track in an environment of tight schedules. 
- This position will ensure that Agile concepts and principles are adhered to by all project teams to ensure the appropriate performance and return on investment for the methodology. 
- Responsible for applying Agile development processes and Scrum principles to enable the assigned team to achieve their self-determined objectives to meet the needs of the Product Owner, and the Technical Leader on complex initiatives
- Apply a Servant-Leader approach to coaching and motivating team members and ensuring that their individual coaching needs are identified and addressed.
- Facilitate the team in achieving their objectives relative to processes such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
- May assist other related teams in achieving their objectives and May share best practices with other Scrum Masters, where appropriate.


'- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 6+ years working experience with Scrum/Agile
- Superior knowledge of Scrum software development concepts.
- Superior knowledge and application of various software development life-cycles and techniques (e.g., traditional and Agile)
- Superior interpersonal / relationship management skills, able to foster working relationships within the team, across IT and with business colleagues
- knowledge of business and technology practices and trends
- Superior coaching, influencing, negotiation and elicitation skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible
