  • 1) Production - Regional Vice President (DM) with processing business including prefilling applications, creating compliant files, following up with rollovers and underwriting. Assist with client service, birthday cards, annual review preparation and scheduling.
  • 2) Organization - Assist in maintaining calendars, phone calls, letter logs, travel planning, event planning and act as gatekeeper function for EVP.
  • 3) Branch Operations - Partner with other staff members with daily operational tasks related to mail distribution and general phone support when needed.

  • 2-4 years administrative assistance experience

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent proofreading ability
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
  • Preferred prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Insurance  or FINRA licensing a plus.
