Manages and operates AXA Studio's production and post-production hardware and software:
- control room
- camera and sound equipment
- edit systems
- media management
Works cross-functionally with Digital colleagues and other Studio colleagues to ideate internal projects and deliver best format and quality of multimedia end products
Performs camera, sound or other production tasks for AXA projects
Performs post-production (editing, animation, formatting, encoding, hosting) tasks for AXA projects
Maintains the legacy of AXA Studio's media content in order, for tracking, backup and storage management purposes
Assist in proactively researching trends and effectiveness of competitors' digital platforms

Good knowledge of products & marketing concepts.  Good knowledge of video production and post-production operations and equipment. Good writing skills. Interpersonal and communication skills.  Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Three to five years of related experience.
