Manages multimedia content programs to respond to external and internal clients’ needs:
- internally, as an enabler of business lines priorities
- externally, as a way to optimize the use of AXA's studio and its capabilities
Manages the projects end to end from client brief to deliverable and monitors the impact of the end product towards internal and external audiences to provide the best possible user experience, in conjunction with other Digital partners
Utilizes multiple user channels, including social media, and draws upon the expertise of Line of Business, Digital, and Brand partners to create programs that reflect a cohesive company story and brand experience
Draws on internal and external resources (personnel, equipment, techniques) to optimize production and process
Sources internally and brings in creativity to suggest new and innovative ways that could fit to clients plans.
Solid practitioners. Working knowledge of products & marketing concepts. Good knowledge of video production and post-production operations and equipment. Good writing skills. Interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements. Up to six years of experience in area of supervision with one year of leadership responsibility.
