Responsible for independently leading one or more teams of employees. Independently coaches and develops staff, delivers performance appraisals and feedback. Provides input regarding departmental budgets and resource levels. Designs and implements procedures for process improvements. Responsible for ensuring that the Disbursement, Death Claim, Special Processing, 403(b) desk teams are fully engaged with AXA's Customer experience. Process various servicingfunctions for Inforce policies; Responsible for the approval of death and life claim payments on life insurance policies. Achieve and maintain high level of Advisor and Customer satisfaction scores by providing and meeting the goals set by AXA Group. Continue to drive the Conservation Unit initiatives including proactively conserving assets from policies in danger of lapsing or being replaced; assist in the increase of premium campaigns (SOA's, Call outs); provide support for Salaried Enrollment opportunities; Assist in projects / initiatives in relation to AXA's customers and advisors. Ability to design plans and processes that ensure consistent delivery of quality results. This role will work in close partnership with AXA's Leadership Team.
