As a key member of the team, performs initial triage of alerts from various sources to determine if activity is concerning.  Promptly secures accounts while performing customer reach-out to validate activity.  Updates records to show a clear audit trail.  This associate makes determinations as to authenticity of indicators, data and customer communications, makes recommendations and fully documents activity and basis for conclusions.  The sources of data to be investigated evolve continuously, and the role evolves with the need.  This role also works closely with the Fraud/Financial Security and Investigations teams, escalating suspicious activity and assisting with related controls assessments.

Demonstrates knowledge of:
 insurance process concepts
 AXA's products, systems, process and controls of the organization
 understanding of the company's policy, payment and others administrative systems for purposes of gathering triage evidence
 research techniques and process
Skills required: 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 High initiative and analytical with a controls mindset
 Working understanding of fraud concepts
 Flexible and willing to respond to unanticipated issues and constantly reprioritize based on business demands
 Self-motivated with strong time management skills
