The District Assistant plays a key role in the success of the District and has an ongoing role in supporting the Branch/District offices. This position will provide administrative support to Lagriola, Goldberg and Basilone/Tomson Districts in Boca Raton. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and managing calendars, fielding client calls, order and maintain office supplies and other general administrative duties. The District Assistant may monitor and track new business and process licensing and contracting paperwork among other duties. In addition the person should have good communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

  • 1-3 years of office environment experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Intermediate Skills with Microsoft Office
  • Basic Keyboard Skills (e.g. ability to type)

  • Previous experience monitoring new business or process licensing paperwork a plus
