The purpose of this position is to support the overall business operations, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency across the various Retirement Plan Services teams. This person will also act as the business liaison coordinator with Marketing, primarily focusing on the 401(k) market.
Specifically, responsibilities include:
• Manage day to day operational & business concerns, including critical vendor relationships
• Manage projects geared to improving efficiency and/or productivity for the business, leveraging other AXA teams as partners to implement new ideas or strengthen existing processes. These projects may be driven through new idea generation or enhancements to existing services/processes.
• Develop and implement best practices and provide support to drive strong partnership across the sales & relationship teams (wholesalers, participant education consultants/local relationship managers, sales desk)
• Manage overall coordination between Fiduciary Services Provider (Wilshire) and affected AXA teams to ensure processes are efficient and client/rep facing experience is optimal. Consistently solicit feedback and implement new ideas to enhance overall service..
• Work with business area stakeholders to determine marketing needs and coordinate prioritization with management team. Ensure continuous & meaningful enhancements that will drive higher sales and stronger retention.
• Drive overall deliverables calendar with Marketing team, leading regular meetings with impacted individuals to establish milestones and ensure tracking to successful completion of individual workstreams.
• Provide market and proprietary product subject matter expertise to ensure content is relevant, accurate and impactful.
• Partner with Marketing on digital Campaign Management content development, driving idea generation from stakeholders to implement best ideas for fresh content designed to engage producing advisors

Manage efforts geared to improving efficiency and/or productivity for the business through implementation of best practices and process improvements at the wholesaler, internal wholesaler and retirement plan consultant level.  Manage overall coordination between Fiduciary Services Provider (Wilshire) and affected AXA teams to ensure processes are efficient and client/rep facing experience is optimal. Consistently solicit feedback and implement new ideas to enhance overall service.  Represent 401(k) Business Development & Sales Team, drive digital & print marketing initiatives for both wholesaler use and direct to prospect/customer. Ensure continuous & meaningful enhancements that will drive higher sales and stronger retention. Work with business area stakeholders to determine marketing needs and coordinate prioritization with management team. Partner with Marketing on digital Campaign Management content development, driving idea generation from stakeholders and an internal focus group to implement best ideas for fresh content designed to engage selling reps with AXA wholesalers.  Drive overall deliverables calendar with Marketing team, leading regular meetings with impacted individuals to establish milestones and ensure tracking to successful completion of individual workstreams.


• Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 401(k) Sales, Product Development/Management or Marketing;

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Series 6, 63, Life preferred;
• College degree preferred.        
• Must be organized and have excellent verbal and written skills.
• Project management experience and ability to lead teams of various individuals from various partner teams to meet deadlines;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Powerpoint and Excel
