As a Team Manager on the Strategic Solutions Group you will be responsible for managing a team that will be responsible for the imaging and work flow products that the business uses. You will partner with Product Managers and ensure the timely completion of design, development, validation and deployment of enhancements, defect fixes and project driven updates. You will also be responsible to ensure that your team is staffed appropriately and can deliver business demands as needed. You will also be responsible for the day to day monitoring and support of the imaging and work flow products.
 


At least 2 years of experience managing people is preferred but not required. If no experience managing people, then a strong example of where they had to lead a project that involved multiple people and were able to deliverable will be required. Ability to get along but without fear of candid conversations and willingness to learn.

Preferred knowledge of imaging and work flow systems. Required knowledge of Microsoft suite. Strong communication skills and ability to manage time along with their teams to deliver updates for business driven time lines will be critical to success in this position.
