As a Product Manager on the Strategic Solutions Group you will be responsible for one or more technology solutions that is used by the business. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving work to make enhancements, identifying and resolving fixes and partner with the vendor and IT to ensure the continued use of the product. You will also be responsible to validate that the product is still useful to the business and if not finding an appropriate replacement. You will also act as the product liaison when it comes to any Enterprise projects that have a direct or indirect impact on the product and will need to ensure any project driven changes are completed in a timely manner to the product.
 


At least 2 years of experience, industry agnostic. Proven track record of having run projects that blend business and technology. Examples of their ability to analyze and develop a solution by noticing patterns. Willingness to learn new processes and products and a genuine interest in the emerging technologies.

Preferred knowledge of BPMN, DBMS, other design/database technologies or general knowledge of computer programming. Required knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills and ability to manage time and deliver while balancing multiple products and time lines will be critical to success in this position.
