  • This position coordinates the branch's new Advisor recruiting effort and works closely with Branch Management (DMs, EVP, BLC, BOM and District assistants) to ensure a strong and consistent candidate sourcing and interviewing effort.
  • This involves making recruiting calls, tracking results and setting up Virtual Career information sessions on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinates recruiting events, career fairs, seminars, networking events, etc.
  • Develop relationships with college career centers.
  • Handle on-line job posting sources, LinkedIn and branch internship program.
  • Leads the branch Marketing / Branding effort including AXA Day of Service events.
  • This position plays an important role in helping the branch achieve its advisor hiring goals each year.

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Social Media Marketing experience
  • Research and data gathering ability
  • Strong Computer and Analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Ability to negotiate in highly technical situations
