The Manager, Systems and User Acceptance Testing Analysis works with Senior Business Analysts, stakeholders and other project team members on complex or moderately complex business requirements/testing projects. Performs complete analysis of client requests, documents business specifications, and develops work estimates and timeline. Collaborates with project team and stakeholders to successfully develop and obtain approvals of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Testing Plan. Accountable for evaluating and reporting on submitted change request and their impact on the overall project/business. Prepares acceptance test matrix and test criteria. Coordinates business area resources for validation and participates in testing verification. Reports on testing progress to project team or key business stakeholders. May attend or facilitate work request meetings between IT and the business area to ensure priorities are managed effectively.

Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a well-rounded perspective of the client systems and the corporate environment.
Strong communication skills. Capable of dealing effectively as a liaison between client and systems communities.
Strong working knowledge of functions and workflow in the supported business area.
Solid working knowledge of systems design process (SDLC), methodology, business process flow and testing tools.
Works independently and serves as a resource on departmental projects.
Current with technological trends and advances.
Solid Knowledge and understanding of Mutual Funds and 401K Products
