Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to the Marketing & Digital leadership team. Composes correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature. Notes commitments made by the leadership team during meetings, and arranges for staff implementation. Arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules. May prepare agendas and meeting briefings for the leadership team. Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters. May be responsible for project coordination for small routine projects.


3-5 years of experience, Associate's degree. Intermediate level of problem solving skills, research and data gathering ability, analytical skills, ability to read and interpret documents, basic negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Excellent proofreading ability, may train and mentor employees. Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.  Knoweldge of Concur and Ariba preferred.
