The 10-week IT Summer Intern program provides an exciting and rewarding experience for college students interested in IT as a career. Program provides training and practical experience on technology best practices and processes designed to start developing the AXA technology leaders of the future. (10 weeks – 6/4/18-8/10/18)
The IT Summer Internship Program will provide the Syracuse NY based Intern with a general understanding of Information Technology, the business areas we support, and an in-depth knowledge of the Technology Associate Program. The IT Interns will be assigned to a technical functional area of IT – Programming, Systems Analysis or Data Analysis. Upon the successful completion of the internship, the IT Interns will be considered for a Technology Associate position upon graduation.
Intern Responsibilities and/or Project Descriptions:
The IT Summer Interns will be assigned to a project team based on the long-term IT Sourcing Strategy, Project or Senior Information Office (SIO) area need. They will be aligned with a Center of Excellence (e.g. Data Analysis, Systems Analysis / Software Development) in order to lay the foundation for recruiting them into our Technology Associate Program upon their graduations.
